Seems King has a new novella done. This is what the moderator on the official board said about it:

Right now he's working on the edits for Under the Dome. He did finish a novella called Mortality but I don't think that's been sold for publication yet."

Mortality とは「死亡率」のこと。出版権はまだ売られてないようですが、なんとも読みたくなるタイトルです。
