マーベル･コミックス版「ザ･スタンド」の新シリーズのタイトルと第 1 巻の表紙が Marvel のサイトで発表されました。また、「ダーク･タワー」には SORCERER というサブタイトルの特別版も刊行される予定のようです。

「ザ･スタンド」の新シリーズタイトルは "AMERICAN NIGHTMARES" で「アメリカの悪夢」。「ダーク･タワー」の "SORCERER" は「魔術師」の意味。

Captain Trips では、コミック本体を Mike Perkins 、通常版（一番安いバージョン）の表紙は LEE BERMEJO が書いていたんですが、絵の雰囲気が違いすぎて少し違和感がありました。 AMERICAN NIGHTMARES では Mike Perkins が中身の絵はもちろん、通常版の表紙も手がけるようで不一致は解消されました。といっても LEE BERMEJO の表紙版のほうがかっこよかったので、少し複雑な気持ちです。
