スティーヴン･キング、ドラマ"Sons of Anarchy"に出演予定

スティーヴン･キングが米ドラマシリーズ"Sons of Anarchy"（公式サイト、英語）の第3シーズン第3話に出演することが決まりました。キングは"Sons of Anarchy"を2009年のテレビ番組第5位に選んでおり、キングがドラマのファンだと聞いた"Sons of Anarchy"のプロデューサーが出演依頼したとのこと。

キングが「ハーレーダビッドソン乗りの『ザ･ソプラノズ』」と表現する"Sons of Anarchy"は、カリフォルニア州の架空の町チャーミング（Charming）を拠点に武器密売などを手掛けるモーターサイクルギャングをめぐるストーリーが展開される。


EW.comの記事によると、キングはそのグループのトップの妻である"Gemma Teller Morrow"のピンチを助ける役で登場するようです。撮影は今月5月後半に行われ、またキングはそのときの体験を手記か何かの形で公表すると StephenKing.com にアナウンスがありました。放送は今年9月の予定。

Steve will be doing a cameo for the FX series, Sons of Anarchy. He has asked me (Ms. Mod) to let you know that he will give you a full report of his adventures. He will be filming his part later this month in California.
