ホラー映画を撮っている大学生が本当にゾンビに襲われることになるという映画のようですね。やっぱりゾンビ映画です。
Diary of the DeadはTronto Film Festival（2007年9月8日）など、映画祭などでは既に公開されている。アメリカでは2008年2月15日、日本では2008年5月24日に一般公開予定（アメリカについてはIMDbに「limited」と但し書きがついていますが）。
