"Just Past Sunset" は "Just After Sunset" にタイトル変更か?

2008年11月11日に出版予定のスティーヴン･キングの新しい短編集のタイトルが"Just Past Sunset" から"Just After Sunset" に変更されたようです。

さり気なくPast から After に変更されている。


また、米Amazon.com で"Just Past Sunset" を検索しても、結果は"Just After Sunset" が1番に出てくるだけで、"Past" は出てこない。日本やイギリスのアマゾンだと出てくるんですけどね。まだ変更されていないんでしょう。


さらに、Simon & Schuster のページでもタイトル変更されている。

このページを以前からブラウザにブックマークしていた人なら、ブックマークの名前が"Simon & Schuster: Just Past Sunset (Hardcover)" なのに、開いたタブの名前が"Simon & Schuster: Just After Sunset: stories(Hardcover) なのが確認できると思います。(ソーシャルブックマークの場合は知らないが)。


というわけでアナウンスはないですが、ハッカー(クラッカー)の仕業でもない限りおそらくタイトル変更されたんでしょう。

ちなみに、米Amazon.com の"Just After Sunset" と日本のAmazonの"Just Past Sunset" とはISBNがおなじなので、これから本当にタイトルが変更されるとしても私のブログからアフィリエイトリンクをたどるか検索するかして既に予約してくれた皆さんは(もちろんそれ以外で予約した人も)注文しなおす必要はないと思います。そのうちタイトルが更新されるでしょう。
